Governor Ted Kulongoski revealed this year's winner in an event at the Capitol on March 16. NFL football player Joey Harrington gave books to lucky SMART students from Yoshikai Elementary.

Purchase kid-tested SMART Book Award books from the SMART Bookshelf at Powell’s and a portion of the book sale goes to SMART .
